SATOS Solutions provides professional equipment and furniture for beauty salons, cosmetology clinics, and medical centers, with fast and secure delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova.
All products are legally imported, accompanied by complete documentation in accordance with Moldovan regulations. With every equipment purchase, we offer professional training for proper use and technical support, both during the warranty period and post-warranty.
You can place orders on our website 24/7. All orders are processed by our operators during SATOS.MD working hours:

The courier will call you 30 minutes before delivery.
The delivery time for orders is up to 72 hours, provided the item is in stock. You will receive a phone call with information about the status of your order.
Standard delivery within Chișinău costs 50 MDL, and to the suburbs of Chișinău costs 100 MDL.
Express delivery is available same-day for orders placed before 10:00. The cost is 150 MDL in Chișinău and 250 MDL in the suburbs.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during business hours (10:00 – 18:00).
Usual delivery time is 1–3 working days.
On Saturdays, delivery is available between 10:00 – 16:00.
The order will be delivered to the stairwell door of the building or to the gate of a private house.
Delivery to higher floors inside the house, if requested by the client, is available for an additional fee, which should be mentioned at the time of order.
The minimum fee for carrying an item upstairs is 100 MDL, including assistance with an elevator.
If there is no elevator or it’s not operational, the fee for carrying a product per floor is 50 MDL.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Delivery is available to all locations within the Republic of Moldova, excluding the Transnistrian region.
- In case the recipient refuses to accept the shipment and it is returned to the sender, delivery services are paid by both parties by the sender (the owner of the shipment).
- The actual weight is determined by weighing the package. Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula:
kg = (Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm)) / 5000
or
Volume in m³ × 200.

SATOS Solutions offers the possibility to purchase products on credit.
We guarantee the confidentiality of collected information and the security of personal data.
Product Returns
If for any reason you decide to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, which must not be torn or damaged in any way.
Products with internal combustion engines that have been used and filled with fuel and oil cannot be returned, unless the return is due to incorrect functioning, improper performance, or a discrepancy with the technical specifications provided on the product page.
